On Wednesday, January 28th I decided to show up at the Bloomington K70 Ski Jump for the 2009 International Super Tour Competition. For me, this hill is "sacred" ground, not because I jump here, but because I put myself through hell training on it for climbing expeditions. But on this particular night I wasn't training, I was a spectator with a camera. This is what I experienced.
